Residence

Cascina La Palazzina is an ancient 17th century homestead, which has been carefully restored and now houses eight holiday apartments. Lots of importance was given to maintain the original features and the unique architectural elements such as the Florentine terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams and lofts, and stone and brick walls.

The house is surrounded by olive groves and offers its guests a outstanding view of the Gulf of Salò and Lake Garda.

All the apartments, of various sizes and different characteristics, have lake views and are equipped with all the amenities. Each apartment is unique in its being and all are furnished with great attention to detail, mixing the charm of antique fittings and the convenience of the modern ones.

Apartments

1 bedroom apartment nr 3 - 4 - 5 (up to 4 persons): ground floor with terrace. Living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, one bedroom with double bed and one bathroom with shower.

Big 1 bedroom apartment nr 2 (up to 5 persons): ground floor with terrace. Living room with kitchen and double sofa bed, one bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, one bathroom with shower.

1 ½ bedroom apartment nr 9 (up to 5 persons): first floor with common balcony to the inner courtyard. Living room with kitchen and sofa and with an open mezzanine onto the living room with one queen size bed. One bedroom with double bed and with an open mezzanine onto the bedroom with one chair bed. One bathroom with shower.

2 bedroom apartment nr 7 - 8 (up to 6 persons): first floor with common balcony to the inner courtyard. Living room with kitchen and living room, open mezzanine onto the living room with sofa bed or two single beds. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. One or two bathrooms with shower or bath tub.

2 bedroom apartment nr 1 (up to 6 persons): ground floor with terrace. Living room with kitchen and double sofa bed. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower or bath tub.

Big 2 bedroom apartment nr 10 (up to 6 persons):  first floor with common balcony to the inner courtyard. Living room with kitchen and double sofa bed,  two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. Two bathrooms with shower or bath tub.

* the mentioned maximum persons include also children and babies. In some cases it's possible to add an extra bed, always subject to availability.

Services

All the apartments have lake view and are equipped by: dishwasher, microwave, safe, hair dryer, flat screen TV with Satellite, DVD, heating.

The apartments on the ground floor have direct access to the garden and have a reserved table next to the apartment.
The apartments on the firs floor have a furnished balcony onto the inner courtyard (common use). They also have reserved tables in the courtyard and at the pool area with lake view.

Included services: final cleaning, bed linen and towels with weekly change, WIFI,  one parking place per apartment, swimming pool with sun lounger, playground for children, barbeque area.

Small and medium size dogs are welcome (Euro 8,00 per day and dog), maximum two dogs per apartment. No dangerous breeds allowed.

Extra services: heating (on consumption, Euro 5,00 per cm), baby cot (Euro 3,50 per day), highchair (Euro 3,00 per day), coins for wash machine and dryer (Euro 3,50 per coin), second parking place (Euro 5,oo per day)

The tourist tax is not included: Euro 1,00 person/day to be paid cash on spot (excluded kids up to 12 years)

Every day - except on Sunday (minimum stay can range from 3 to 7 nights)

As there is not 24 hours reception we kindly ask you to always inform us about your expected arrival time.

Arrivals outside the regualr check in times, are always to be announced and agreed in advance.
Early Check ins are always subject to availability and may be charged extra fee.
Late check ins or arrival postponed on Sundays may be charged with an extra fee as our offices are closed.
